Overview
AI Tourist Lab is a tourism and hospitality learning experience presented for the Faculty of Tourism and Gastronomy at Anáhuac. The demo places the learner in the role of a director responding in real time to role-played situations raised by their team.
Across different sessions, a simulated front-desk manager asks how to handle a loyal guest's late check-out while balancing operational costs, customer centricity, and customer lifetime value — and a travel agency supervisor asks how to lead the team from selling single flights to full cross-selling. The learner responds in dialogue and receives an evaluation report with a score, strengths, and areas for improvement.
